We are a personal training facility that designs and instructs customized programs tailored to fit your needs. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, gain stability or improve your overall health, we can get you there.

 

Unlike traditional 1-on-1 personal training, our programs are delivered in a semi-private environment. We combine the customized approach of 1-on-1 instruction with the fun and energy of small group training. It keeps the cost of the program affordable for you while still receiving 1-on-1 instruction.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

At Top Form, each athlete will benefit from the instruction of a Certified Personal Trainer. They will receive coaching in proper technique and will have an individual program based on goals, age and ability. Our programs are designed to develop athletic skills, speed, power, strength and flexibility to reach your maximum athletic potential.

 

We consistently test and monitor specific skills and drills to ensure you’re on the right track. Our trademark levels program is based on a five-level series that presents escalating challenges in a range of fitness skill areas. Our trainers ensure that you are developing your skills to a level of mastery before you advance your training.

REHABILITATION

Insurance rarely covers any entire rehabilitation program. For example, an ACL injury rehabilitation typically takes 6-9 months. At Top Form, we will bridge the gap for your program when insurance runs out and take care of POST physical therapy rehabilitation. Our goal is to return you to your optimal state better than you were prior to your injury.
